Provider Cluster Screening

Records only

Load a public licensing or provider registry. The tool normalizes addresses and groups records that share one. Everything it shows is already in the file you loaded. It does not score, rate, or accuse anyone.

Shared addresses are common and lawful. Billing agencies, management companies, incubators, medical office buildings, registered-agent services and PO box banks all produce large clusters of unrelated businesses. A cluster is a reason to pull records, not a finding. What turns a cluster into a story is what you find next: no listed staff, no inspection history, payments with no service records, an owner who appears on twenty licenses. Name a business publicly only on what you can show from a primary record.
